Your information is securely stored on our servers, hosted within the United Kingdom. Some transactional information will be entered into our accounting system and stored on company premises in Newport, however, this will not directly include personal information.
We retain all customer communication and order records indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete them. This is to be able to refer to your history and provide you with a better, more personal service.
We retain accounting records for at least the minimum period mandated by UK Company Law (6 years).

Following a purchase we may pass your email address to an independent reviews aggregator, who will email you separately to give you the opportunity to provide feedback or rate and review your experience and/or purchase.
