Overview
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Ultimite, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase.
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with, or contaminated in any way then we regret that we are unable to accept a return on the grounds of consumer and animal safety.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Bottles that have been opened (e.g. Tamper Evident Cap or plastic seal broken)
- Weight discrepancies (shipped weight vs returned weight, of which we keep a record)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund by original means of payment and send you an email to confirm.
As long as everything is in order, you will receive a full refund including original delivery charges. Extra charges for delivery upgrades, such as faster delivery, will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to appear on your credit card. Some card issuers may take longer to post transactions, so they might appear as “pending” or not at all until then.
If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Shipping returns
To return your order, you should send it to the return address marked on your packing slip. Please include the original slip or a photocopy to allow us to identify your order, or we may not be able to offer a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return Shipping costs are non-reimbursable.
Goods are at your risk until safely delivered to us, so you may wish to choose a service that offers tracking and/or sufficient cover for loss or damage.
